8th Annual CTK Golf Classic at the Conservatory at Hammock Beach

11am - 6:30pm

This event helps to support our school in its continual goal of offering Christian education to families in and around Palm Coast. This event is one of the ways in which you can partner with us in carrying out our mission! ✝️

General Information

Location

The tournament will be held at the Conservatory Course at Hammock Beach.

The address is 300 Conservatory Dr., Palm Coast, FL 32137.

Registration & Start Time

The tournament begins at 12:00pm with a shotgun start. Registration will open at 11:00am. Players are encouraged to arrive at 11:00am for registration so as to prevent congestion just before the start.  Players are also welcome to warm up on the driving range, chipping green, and putting green before the tournament begins.

  • 5:30pm - Reception, Awards, and Silent Auction

Food & Beverages

Players may eat lunch before they arrive or purchase food at the course. All players will receive two complimentary drink tickets for the beverage cart. Additional drinks may be purchased. Complimentary water and other non-alcoholic drinks will also be available on the course.

Tournament Format & Rules

This tournament is a scramble. The best ball may be used for each shot on a hole. There are no restrictions or rules for the use of each player’s shot. The best shot is used each time. Men will play from the white tees and women from the red tees.  Mulligans are available for purchase from the registration table (8 per team max). One formal scorecard for each team will be turned in at the end of the round.

Prize Competitions

The tournament will have closest to the pin and longest drive competitions.

Awards Ceremony, Dinner, and Silent Auction

All awards and prizes will be given out at the dinner, which will be held at the clubhouse. Dinner and drinks will be offered starting around 5:30pm. Prizes and awards will be distributed shortly thereafter.

  • There will also be raffles, and silent auction items to bid on.

Golfer Registration Information

Golf Teams or individuals should be signed up and paid for by November 1st to ensure placement in the tournament.

Single Player - $125

Includes greens fees, cart, and dinner at the reception and silent auction to follow. Amateurs only please.

Team (Foursome) - $400

If you are registering with less than four players, you will be paired with other tournament participants.

Player Mulligans - $10

Mulligans may be purchased in advance or at the tournament. $10 for each mulligan. Maximum of eight mulligans per team and two per player.

Prize Raffle Ticket - $2 each or $20 for 15

Raffle tickets may be purchased in advance or at the tournament. Enter to win fantastic prizes!

Sponsor Registration Form

All logos must be sent to Bonnie Fiesler  by November 1st to guarantee signage.

Gold Sponsor - $1,000

Includes two full tournament teams (8 players), hole sponsorship, logo promotions, and dinner attendance for each player.

Silver Sponsor - $600

Includes one full tournament team (4 players), hole sponsorship, logo promotions, and reception attendance for each player.

Bronze Sponsor - $300

This is for advertising-only, non-golfing sponsors. Includes hole sponsorship, advertisement on beverage cart, and logo promotions.

Beverage Cart - $200

Includes logo placement or name on roaming beverage carts or fixed beverage stations for the duration of the tournament as well as logo placement on promotions.

Tee or Green Sponsor - $100

Includes signage at a tee or green on the course for your business or family, or in memory of a loved one. No political signage please.

Our dinner will be catered by Bull Creek Fish Camp. 

The menu will consist of the following items:

  • potato salad

  • cole slaw

  • baked beans

  • dessert
