DR. ERIC BROWN

Dr. Brown graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 1991 with a BS in Elementary Education. He began his career in education at Beautiful Savior Lutheran School in Cincinnati, OH as Principal and Teacher for grades 4-8. He served there until 1994. Over the next 26 years he served at five other Christian schools as both a teacher and a principal before coming to serve at Christ the King as Principal in 2018. In 2010 Dr. Brown earned his Masters in Educational Leadership degree from Northern Arizona University and in 2021 he earned a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Liberty University. In addition to his work at Christ the King, Dr. Brown serves as the District Schools Coordinator for the South Atlantic District Schools of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod.

DANIEL BONDOW

Pastor Daniel grew up in Wisconsin and attended Fox Valley Lutheran High School. He attended Martin Luther College and later graduated with a Masters of Divinity from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. Pastor was first served at Beautiful Savior in Marietta, GA, where he was part of the District Worship Coordinator Team. He then became Associate Pastor at Grace Lutheran church in Milwaukee, WI, with a focus on Adult Education, assimilation and evangelism. Pastor Daniel also became involved with the WELS Hymnal Project and was Urban Conference Worship Coordinator. In 2019, he began serving Living Savior in Littleton, CO, while also serving as Nebraska District Worship Coordinator. He currently is involved with the WELS Preacher Podcast among various other projects. Pastor Daniel accepted the call to serve as Pastor at Christ the King in 2025.

Wendy Wright has worked teaching children in various capacities for over twenty years. She began at Christ the King in 2008 as an early childcare teacher and became the Director of the Early Childcare Center in 2022. Wendy holds an Early Childhood Director Certification with VPK Endorsement, a Child Development Associates Degree, a certification in Early Childhood Behaviors and is a State Certified VPK Class Observer.

Brandee Crist

Brandee Crist graduated from the University of North Florida in 2010 with a BS in Criminal Justice and a minor in Anthropology. She worked through the alternate teaching certification program from 2013-2016 to earn her Professional Educators Certification in Secondary Mathematics. Mrs. Crist has been teaching high school math since 2013 and began serving as a teacher at Christ the King in 2021. Brandee was called to be Assistant Principal at Christ the King in 2025.

Crystal Soto has been working in Early Childhood Education since 2001 and has been serving at Christ the King for over 13 years. She holds a National Child Development Associates Degree, a VPK teaching certification and an Early Childhood Director Certification.

Tammie Radikopf has been serving Christ the King in various capacities since 2016. She has been both the Assistant Director and Interim Director of the Early Childcare Center as well as the Principal's Assistant. She currently holds the position of Business Manager. Prior to serving at Christ the King Tammie gained experience in office management and accounting while working for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Micah KIESELHORST

Mr. Kieselhorst graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 2023 with a BS in Elementary Education. Micah began his teaching career in the Middle School at Christ the King Academy in 2024. In 2025, Micah was called to be the Assistant Principal in charge of Athletics in addition to his role as Eighth Grade Homeroom Teacher.

LORRIE RONAN

Mrs. Lorrie worked for Flagler County Schools for 20 years and has served at Christ the King for six years as both a lead and an assistant in various classrooms. She became the 1's lead teacher in 2024.

MARYDEE MEYERS
1's ASSISTANT
Ms. Marydee has a BA in Art and Psychology and has been serving at Christ the King since 2023. She has experience working with all age levels in the Early Childcare Center.

Ms. Deb has been working with children the majority of her life. Prior to coming to serve at Christ the King, Ms. Deb owned her own in-home daycare. She has been serving Christ the King families in the Early Childcare Center since 2017.

Ms. Maegan has worked in early childcare for over a decade and has been with Christ the King since 2021. She began serving as the Lead Teacher in the 1's room and transitioned into the role of Lead Teacher in the 2's in 2023.

Ms. Katie received her BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Old Westbury in 2020 and moved from New York to Palm Coast in 2023. She has served as an assistant in the 2's classroom at Christ the King since 2023.

Mrs. Yvette began her career in Early Childcare in New York before moving to Palm Coast when her husband retired from the NYPD. She began serving in the Early Childcare Center at Christ the King in 2017 and has worked with all age groups within that setting. She also has her Child Development Associates Degree.

Mrs. Erin has worked with children for nearly her entire life, in various capacities that range from being a Nanny to working in Preschools. She began serving at Christ the King as an assistant in the 1's classroom in 2024 and accepted the position of 3's lead teacher in 2025. She is currently working toward her Child Development Associates Degree.

Mrs. Cathy worked in Early Childcare for several years after receiving her BA in Early Childhood Education from Trenton State College in New Jersey. Eventually she left the profession to move into the business world but returned to the classroom at Christ the King in 2022.

Mrs. Crystal has been working in childcare for over 20 years, 11 of which have been with Christ the King. She has served as both an assistant and a lead in various classrooms, holds her Child Development Associates Degree and her VPK Teaching Certification.

Mrs. Heather holds a BS in Business from Daytona State University, a Child Development Associates Degree and a VPK Teaching Certification. She began serving at Christ the King 2022 as a VPK assistant and became a VPK lead teacher in 2023.

Ms. Lexi is a former Christ the King student who has returned to serve in our Early Childcare Center. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and holds her Child Development Associates Degree. Ms. Lexi has been an assistant in early childcare since 2021.

Ms. Lisa joined the team at Christ the King in 2024 as an assistant in the Early Childcare Center. She began working with Children in 2020 when she started teaching Sunday School at her church. Ms. Lisa has worked with all age groups in the center and became a VPK Assistant in 2025.

JANELL BROWN
FIRST GRADE TEACHER
Mrs. Brown graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 1990 with a BS in Elementary Education and a minor in Music. She began her career with WELS in California at St. Paul Lutheran School teaching K-5th grades. Between 1991 and 2018 Janell served at eight other schools in the WELS network spread out over five different states before arriving at Christ the King Academy. Her 20+ years of service have given her experience teaching grades K-5 as well as 9-12.

Ms. Wilson graduated with her B.S. in Psychology and Criminology from Florida State University in the spring of 2024. While in school, she worked as an Assistant Program Director for an after-school program. Alexis began serving as the First Grade Assistant at Christ the King in the fall of 2024.

DeLorean graduated from Stetson University in 2005 with a BA in English. She then worked to earn her Elementary Education Teaching Certification through the state of Florida, and has been a certified teacher for over 19 years. Mrs. Zarraonandia has taught VPK, Kindergarten and Second Grade. She was welcomed to the Christ the King Academy staff in 2024.

Tristen graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 2023 with a BS in Elementary Education and a minor in Social Studies. He began his teaching career at Christ the King Academy in January 2024 teaching Second Grade. In August 2024 he began serving our Third Grade students.

Mrs. Achey graduated from Martin Luther College, New Ulm, MN, with a B.S. in Elementary and Secondary Education (Major: English; Minor: Social Studies) in 2001. She is certified through the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS) to teach grades K-12. Melanie also has experience in Early Childhood Education and has taught preschool for 4 years. She has taken graduate level studies at Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL, and holds a certificate as an “Approved Observer” through the Childcare Education Institute, Atlanta, GA. Additionally, Mrs. Achey has enjoyed teaching 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 7th, and 8th grades. She accepted the divine call to teach 4th grade at Christ the King Academy in 2025.

FIFTH GRADE TEACHER
Mrs. Keeney received her BA in Elementary Education in 2005 and has held her FL K-6 teaching certification since that time. She has experience teaching in both the Elementary and Early Childcare setting. Jacci has taught Kindergarten, First Grade, Fourth Grade, Three Year Old's and VPK. She has been serving at Christ the King intermittently since 2018 and was called to be the Fifth Grade teacher in 2025.

Mr. Fisher graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 2021 with a BS in Elementary Education and a minor in Social Studies. He began his career serving at a small WELS school in Michigan teaching 5th-8th grades. Matthew has been serving the Middle School at Christ the King Academy since 2022.

Megan graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 2024 with a BS in Elementary Education. She served as an emergency 4th-5th grade teacher for the 22-23 school year at Immanuel Lutheran School in Salem, OR. Christ the King Academy welcomed Mrs. Kieselhorst to the Middle School in 2024.

Mr. Kieselhorst graduated from Dr. Martin Luther College in 2023 with a BS in Elementary Education. Micah began his teaching career in the Middle School at Christ the King Academy in 2024. In 2025, Micah was called to be the Assistant Principal in charge of Athletics in addition to his role as Eighth Grade Homeroom Teacher.

SECOND & FIFTH GRADE RELIGION
Mrs. Bondow holds her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN. She began her career at Garden Homes Lutheran School in Milwaukee, WI, teaching third, fifth and eighth grade. While she raised her four children, she taught Kindermusik and ran a Mommy and Me music and story hour. When her family moved to CO she taught Preschool at Zion Lutheran School. She began serving Christ the King in January 2025 as the Fourth Grade Religion teacher. In August 2025 she transitioned into the role of Second and Fifth Grade Religion teacher.

Mrs. Harnisch graduated from the University of North Florida in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. In 2014 she began serving at Christ the King as an Elementary Assistant.

K-3 RESOURCE TEACHER
Miss Strickland earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Policy in 2016 and her master’s in Education in 2021, both from Liberty University. She spent eight years teaching in a mix of public and private schools in Alabama before moving back home to Flagler County in 2024. Over the years, she’s also worked as a private tutor and homeschool hybrid teacher, gaining experience with learners of all ages and backgrounds. Christ the King happily added Kennedy to the team in 2025.

Mrs. Susan McCaffery spent more than thirty years as a CNA in Geriatrics before joining the team at Christ the King. She has assisting in the Elementary School and serving in Extended Care since 2024.

Mrs. Dawn graduated from Northpoint Bible College in 1998 with a BA in Christian Education. She worked at Metuchen Christian Academy for twenty-five years as both a teacher and administrator. Dawn was welcomed to the team at Christ the King in 2024 as an Elementary Assistant.

LAUREN BARKOSKIE

Mrs. Barkoskie worked in childcare while attending school at the University of North Florida and First Coast Technical College. She received her certification in Dental Assisting in 2015. While raising her four children she worked as a nanny for Law Enforcement families. Lauren was welcomed to the Christ the King team in 2025.

Paul began at Christ the King as a 3-year-old student in 2011 and graduated 8th grade in 2022. He is currently a student at First Baptist Christian Academy and has been serving in Extended Care at Christ the King since 2023.
